Biography of Ronald R. Shea, Esq.

Ron Shea grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and attended Wheeling High School, where he was captain of his cross country team, and competed as a champion debater in interscholastic competition.

At the height of the Vietnam War, Ron applied for, and was awarded, a full tuition four year Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) scholarship.  He attended Villanova University in Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.  Ron ran as a "walk on" in Villanova's storied cross-country team, where he ran as the teammate of several Olympians, including former world indoor record holder Eamonn Coghlan.

By the time of his graduation, the Vietnam War had ended, and Ron was able to serve out his four year tour of duty in a time of relative peace.  After his tour of duty was completed, Ron resigned his commission as a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the U.S. Navy to enroll in the four-year Master of Theology Program at Dallas Theological Seminary.  He majored in New Testament Literature and Exegesis, a major that required the translation of the entire New Testament from the original Greek language.  He graduated cum laude.

Ron later worked for over five years with the Allan Bradley Company (now Rockwell Automation), where he taught the programming and system architecture of programmable logic controllers (microprocessor based control systems used in factory automation and process control applications).

Ron resigned from the Allan Bradley Company to attend the prestigious University of California (Hastings) College of Law, one of the top five public law schools in the country.  He earned the degree of Juris Doctor, garnering awards in Admiralty, Jurisprudence, and Oral Argument.  During his final semester in law school, he clerked for Judge Stuart Pollak, the former presiding judge for the Superior Court of California in the County of San Francisco.

Ron has successfully sat for the day-long United States Patent Bar and the three-day California Bar exam.  He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member in good standing of the California Bar.

Outside of his legal practice, Ron has remained active in his work as a Christian minister.  Ron has served has pastor of the Metairie Community Church in Metairie Louisiana, and the Italian Baptist Church in San Francisco.  As a Christian lawyer, the values Ron has learned from Scripture are not simply reduced to theological constructs for academic discussion.  They form the beacon that guides his decisions and conduct on a daily basis in his practice of law, and in the practice of life.

Ron is the founder and president of Clear Gospel Minstries, a world wide outreach committed to the proclamation and defense of a clear and accurate Gospel message amidst the sea of theological nonsense that permeates the market-driven church of the 21st century.  Clear Gospel Ministries currently has twenty-seven national workers of on staff in Pakistan, a Muslim country militantly hostile to Christianity.

Ron Shea is the author of The Gospel Booklet, a short bestselling work explaining the meaning and significance of the Christian gospel.  It has been translated into over twenty languages, and is currently distributed throughout much of the world, and has received the highest praise of the Chancellors of Dallas and Western Seminary for its clarity and theological soundness.  It is available in English, and approximately seventeen other languages, on the ministry's web site http://www.cleargospel.org/.

As a jurist theologian, Ron Shea is the Author of "The Creator in the Classroom:  A Legacy of Lunacy", an examination of the wobbly history of the Supreme Court as it has progressively drifted from the literal meaning of the United States Constitution, and from the "founding principal" of America as described in the Declaration if Independence . . . that Americans are endowed with "certain unalienable rights" . . .  not by their government, not by the constitution, and not by the Bill of Rights—but "by their Creator."  In his work, Ron challenges the findings and rulings of the Supreme Court by a rigid examination of legal and linguistic questions which the Court failed to properly address, and an examination of scientific questions which the High Court is manifestly unqualified to judge.  The text of this landmark work is available at http://www.cleargospel.org/topics.php?t_id=4&c_id=163

In his spare time, Ron continues to author works on theology and law, and currently has over ten more works at various stages of completion. Ron is increasingly regarded as one of the premier jurist theologians of our age.

Ron is a member of the Christian Legal Society, the Federalist Society, and Mensa--the high I.Q. society. He has competed in international ballroom dance, and has won first place awards in international tango, fox trot, quick step and English waltz. He is still looking for his "final" dance partner.
